Three Steps to Becoming a
CLiC Marquis School:
Step 1
Schedule your CLiC School
Instructor Symposium
Schedule a CLiC Authorized Symposium (0n-Site) for all
of your Instructors. See your Marianna School Consultant and complete the
request for education form.
Review the requirements for an on-site symposium event for a CLiC
Educational Symposium, more information is available on line at
CLiC Education page..
Place your opening school order with your Marianna
Consultant and add the items needed for your upcoming instructor symposium.
Step 2
Integrate the CLiC System
into your Curriculum
Start implementing the CLiC system of Textbooks,
Teacher’s Guides and Quick Reference Manuals along with our Premium Mannequin
Collection and Signature Tools and Accessories into your Curriculum. Then
begin teaching your students the CLiC competency skill based advanced visual
learning system.
Measure your student’s skill competency each step of the
way by using the chapter reviews and tests found in each CLiC textbook and
teacher’s guide.
As your students complete any one of the CLiC modules,
you can elect to test them by using the tests in the Teacher’s Guide books.
This final exam is a 100 question multiple choice test to be completed in 60
minutes under direct supervision. The completed tests are then scored by you
and students achieving a 75% or higher grade will pass the course. You can
then issue them a document of passing the course. We recommend that a student
may retake the test one additional time.
Step 3
The Marketplace
Connection
Now you can start offering CLiC Education programs for
your area salons to educate their trainer who is in charge of the mentoring
program for new stylists entering the salon or spa.
You can also sell CLiC Products to your area salons and
salon professionals for a profit.
You can offer CLiC Education programs throughout the
year to your area salon market for continuing education and enhanced skill
training.
Your instructors should attend at least one CLiC
Official Instructors Symposium update every two years to maintain their CLiC
Marquis Educator status.
The CLiC system should be the school’s primary education
system.
The school must display the CLiC Marquis School Seal in
a visual area of the main entrance to school
The school is authorized to add the CLiC Diamond and
Marquis Logo’s to all school marketing materials including your website along
with items that the school uses to conduct daily business. (Pre approval must
be obtained from CLiC International whenever our logos will be used).
CLiC will create a web link on our corporate web site to
your school website and vice versa.
