As a cosmetology instructor, Margie approaches the skills of educating, inspiring and training others as her true passion. Her accomplishments in the education arena have earned her many personal and rewarding experiences. When training employees, stylists, and students, Margie shares her skills by using a unique teaching style.
Education History: Margie has been a leading educator in the beauty industry for 27 years. She has presented at PCA/NCA state and national events. Additionally, she has continued to learn and develop new teaching techniques and concepts.
Specialty Skills: Margie is well rounded in several educational systems. She combines diverse experiences and skills to create her very own special style, which has gained her recognition as a trainer's trainer.
My Approach to Education is... called "Because I Want You to Win." This approach positions the educator as an advocate and sets high expectations for everyone. This approach gives you and your students the chance to be successful. How we approach students the first day of class significantly affects their academic achievement. Learning is not powerful alone; it is in sharing that we earn respect from our peers.
