Randy has captured Gold Medals in the International World Supreme, The America's Cup and Hair World Open along with over 75 National and International Awards. His unquestioned talent and keen sense of vision and styling have made him a demanded artist wherever he goes.
Education History: Randy's designs have been sported by many of New York's top models, is a featured artist in leading fashion and trade magazines along with consulting to the nation's most distinguished manufacturers. Randy has been a member of three USA World Hairstyling Teams and the USA Team Trainer in London England. Randy captured the Silver Medal and was the high point scorer.
Specialty Skills: Randy's success as an educator has been demonstrated in his
protégés triumphs in capturing every major National and International Championship held in the United States. His passion for the industry and visionary concepts gave birth to CLiC, the revolutionary training system that will forever change the face of education worldwide.
My Approach to Education is.. to deliver the simple to complex skills needed for each component of cosmetology by presenting them into the three key areas: Artistry, Biology and Inspiration. This allows everyone to comprehend the information and be able to master each of those skills. To install the True Arts back into the industry and to raise the bar in education forever.
